The beach is accessible right at the foot of the building, allowing you to reach the sand within seconds. Environment The apartment is located in the lively Aiguillon district, just 200 meters from the town center where you’ll find shops and services. A 5-minute walk will take you to the famous oyster huts, ideal spots to savor local specialties by the bay. The surroundings also provide easy access to the marina, cycling paths along the Arcachon Bay, and must-see natural sites such as the Dune du Pilat and the Teich nature reserve. Additional Information A private parking space is available on the property, with free street parking nearby. Pets are allowed (please notify in advance). Smoking and parties/events are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Bed linen and towels are not provided, so please bring your own. Final cleaning is the responsibility of the guests, and an extra fee may apply if not done.
